Our Transitional Skilled Nursing Care program provides short-term skilled medical and recovery care to bridge the gap between hospital-level and a more independent level of care.

Outpatient Services

Our Outpatient Services program provides rehabilitative and diagnostic services to patients who no longer need inpatient care. Patients may begin our outpatient program directly after their discharge from Drake Center or another hospital, or may begin at any time they can benefit.

Assisted Living

Bridgeway Pointe is an assisted living facility for adults of all ages. It is connected to Drake Center on our main campus and offers three levels of residential living.
